Harm Lange began his career at KPMG Financial Services, where he worked for several years in the field of auditing banks. In 2019, he joined Leichtmetall as Head of Accounting and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2021. During the period from 2019 to 2023, while the CEO of Leichtmetall was also responsible for two other aluminium rolling mills in Italy, Mr. Lange supported the restructuring of both Italian plants. In addition to administration, he oversees the company's sustainability strategy.

Mr. Lange holds a Master's degree in Finance from Chemnitz University of Technology.
